 Resignation of Grower Director – Melissa Deguara 

Melissa Deguara has advised of her resignation from the Board of Mackay Sugar Limited effective 22 November 2023, due to unforeseen change in personal circumstances and family commitments. 

Appointment of new Grower Director 

The Board will now commence a process to appoint a new Grower Director to fill the vacancy as soon as possible. The Grower Director to be appointed will be appointed for the balance of Melissa’s term. 

Separately, the usual Grower Director rotation will still take place in the normal course ahead of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
