Appointment of New Director 

The Mackay Sugar Limited (MSL) Board announces that it has appointed a new director to the Board. 

Grower Director – Frank Perna 

A Grower Director selection process has been conducted and the recommended candidate has been approved by the Board. The Board has appointed Frank Perna as a Grower Director to fill the vacancy left by Melissa Deguara. 

Frank is a grower in the Marian area. He has previously been Chairman of Mackay Area Productivity Services and Deputy Chair of Reef Catchments. Frank was also a director of Mackay Canegrowers Limited for over 15 years and has now resigned from this position.
