Change of Auditor

Mackay Sugar Limited (MSL or the Company) advises that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has been appointed as auditor of the Company.

The appointment follows the resignation of Ernst & Young, and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2011 (the Act).

PwC commenced auditing MSL’s holding company, Nordzucker Holding AG, during 2024 upon the completion of a tender process. The reason for the Company’s change of auditors is to align the auditors across the Nordzucker Group.

In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution will be proposed at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of the Company’s auditor.
